One day in to the cleanse, and things are going well.  Again, I'll give you the full scoop on Friday.  I have something much more exciting to tell you about.  I have been jumping out of my skin with excitement ever since I first heard the rumors.  Then, when the rumors turned out to be true, I was flat out ecstatic!  So what in the world could inspire such joy?  Only the announcement that Beachbody is releasing another fitness program that promises to give amazing results in a very short amount of time.  The program?

  • The Science - P90X3 uses a concept of muscle acceleration.  In this concept, there is a highly-structured schedule with an incredibly high level of intensity and an unprecedented variety of moves. The gurus behind P90X3 combined exercises and added some twists to maximize your time and keep every muscle challenged for a full 30 minutes.
  • Who It's For - P90X3 is NOT a "graduate" program.  It is not *harder* than P90X or P90X2, but it's still plenty intense. It has to be for it to work. P90X2 was a graduate program for P90X lovers and for some it woke up the beast within. P90X3 is NOT the next level after 2; it's a program for anyone who wants P90X results in less time. P90X3 workouts are 30 minutes exactly.
