21 Day Fix Day 9 - Upped the Weights for Upper Fix

Today was a double workout day.  I did Upper Fix as scheduled, but I also attended a Zumba class that is held weekly at my church.  And now?  I am beat!  Feeling on top of the world, but beat all the same. 

Nutritionally, today was about as good as it could be.  All the way around.  Question for you:  would you have any interest in seeing exactly what I eat on a day on the Fix?  Or is that too mundane?

Upper Fix was on the schedule for the day, and I was determined to make it count!  Last week, the only day that didn't leave me pleasantly sore was Tuesday - the day after Upper Fix.  I was determined to *not* let that happen again.  hehe.  So what's a girl to do?  I decided to increase the weight I was using, doubling it in some instances.  So what weights did I use?  8 lbs, 10 lbs, and 15 lbs weights.  Did I mention I was beat?

Again, like last week, the workout flew by.  I'm not sure if it's the actual activity Autumn has you do or if it's the short multiple circuits, but whatever it is, I am always surprised that 30 minutes has passed at the end of the workout. 

I learned something else today:  apparently I need to go shopping for some more fitness gear...  I tend to wear the same things over and over.  And even though I have a drawer full of fitness wear, even that is very similar across the board.  Maybe I need to branch out?  That may be a project for the weekend...
