I think it's safe to say that there is no *one* definition of success. Guess what that means? It means that success is highly individualized. It is situational. It is based on what is important to you. What do you value? What captures your heart, your mind, your very soul? Is it people? Power? Achievement? Change? Excitement? Relationships? So how do I define success? Success, to me, is reaching people and showing them potential, freedom, and joy. It's helping OTHER people reach excellence. In so doing, I attain excellence for myself. Success is a cycle. I help others, and they - sometimes unknowingly - help me.
So, I ask you... How do YOU define success?
