Midweek Mealtime - Blueberry Cream Shakeology

I think it's about time to bring you another Shakeo recipe for Midweek Mealtime!  This one came about because I needed more fruit one day in order to meet my targets for the day.  It has since become a favorite - and a favorite way to get all my fruits (I would much rather snack on veggies than eat fruits).


  • 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 10 oz water
  • Ice to taste


Blend well, adding ice for thickness.  Enjoy!
