Day 11 - Pulling Out the Pilates

Guess what?  It's Pilates day again!  As you may have guessed, I haven't exactly been looking forward to today with bated breath.  Unfortunately, I did not get a stereo downstairs, so I didn't have a way to blast my own tunes.  I was also having a HUGE attack of the munchies all day.  I also didn't sleep well last night.  All in all, I was kind of dreading today's workout and found an excuse to *not* do it in the morning.  But, yes, I DID get it done in the evening after work.  And amazingly, it wasn't so bad!  I think I spent so much energy dreading it that I forgot what it was "really" like!  While I won't say I *loved* the Pilates workout, I did kind of enjoy it.  Plus, I enjoyed looking at the pics because they really did make me look leaner.  Just look at the lines up my legs!  *SQUEAL!!*

Nutritionally, today was just ok.  I had a major case of the munchies of the sugary variety.  I did have two cookies, but frankly, they just made me feel worse and made the sugar craving that much worse as well.  I wasn't horrible with the diet portion of the day, but I know I can do much better.  I also know that if I do, I will feel much better.
