Jen's Results after 90 Days

Remember Jen?  Well, she finished P90X3 back in March with some PHENOMENAL results!  I will get to those in just a bit, but I want to take a little time to introduce you to this amazing woman.

I met Jen through her husband - who happens to be one of my oldest friends.  When we first met several years ago, we were both a little unsure of the other because of some "stuff" that had gone on in the past....  Thankfully, after a few years, that stuff no longer seemed important, and we started talking on Facebook.  I cannot even begin to tell you how happy that makes me!  She is truly a dear, and I am honored to count her among my close friends now. 

She started her fitness journey immediately after the birth of her first child, and she began by setting a lofty goal.  She wanted to lose 100 pounds in 1 year's time.  She started out on her own and immediately began to experience success, simply by focusing on nutrition.  But, like most people at some point on their journeys, Jen hit a plateau.  Her weight loss slowed, and she began to wonder if her 100 pound loss was possible.  At that time we had started going to Zumba together at church, and I was starting to work my Beachbody business.  When P90X3 was announced, she made the decision to jump on board and add this program to her nutrition plan with the hopes of jumpstarting her loss again.

And did it ever!!  Ready to see those results now?  Take a look at this:

Jen lost 20.6 pounds in 90 days.  She lost a total of 28 inches, which includes 7 inches off her waist alone!  Pretty impressive, right?  But I have one more photo to show you.  This one consists of two pictures, 6 months apart.
