Week 4 of P90X3 - Transition Week

Today marks the first day of the first recovery week in P90X3.  And you know what?  I love it just as much as I did when I first started.  And though I haven't taken my 30 day pictures yet, I am really looking forward to what I will see.  While I cannot compare those pics just yet, I do have some I *can* compare.  Take for example, this tree pose comparison:

When I first started P90X3, I could only get my foot to my knee in tree pose.  While I am not perfect yet, my foot can now rest solidly on my thigh.  AND I can look up without falling.  I count that as a HUGE gain!  Let's compare another pose, shall we?

As you can see, my back's flexibility has also increased dramatically.  And one more comparison:

I think there's a bit of a difference there, don't you?  I am QUITE pleased with the changes I am seeing.  As always, I would love to help you begin - or continue - your own journey.  I would LOVE to see where it takes you!
