It has come to my attention that I will be flying to far-off Singapore in just a little over THREE WEEKS! EEEK! That means shorts....tank tops....and BATHING SUITS! Can I just EEEEKKKK over here again? I'm not ready! Where has the time gone??!! Can I reiterate that I'm not ready??!!?
Ok, deep breath. I've got this! I've got a great exercise routine mapped out. And three weeks? Well, that's the perfect amount of time to get serious with my mealplan.....
That got me thinking a bit more.
