What's Coming Up?

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately about what I want to do next, about what might be most helpful to you as a challenger.  Of course, I will always hold my monthly challenge groups for those of you with Shakeology and a Beachbody fitness program (more on that in a bit!), but I wanted to do something more. 

I began to think about what is hardest for me.  What is the first thing to slip if I start struggling?  What is the first part of this healthy life that I begin to neglect?

It's an easy question, really - one that doesn't take much thought to answer.  I am the picture of the emotional eater.  When I'm stressed, I reach for sweets.  When I'm sad, I reach for creamy foods.  So what is the first thing to go out the window?  Clean eating, pure and simple.  But here's the thing:  clean eating is also the KEY to long-term success.  So I work at it and keep it at the forefront of my mind.  I know how important it is, and I began to think that it may be a struggled for you as well.  I decided I wanted to do a clean eating group, but I wanted some sort of spin to it.

eat clean save greenMy coach suggested some time ago that I create and hold a short group concentrated on clean eating and saving money since I live in an area that is no stranger to financial struggle.  I created the curriculum but never held the group.  Do you know why?  It may surprise you to know that I was afraid no one would be interested.  I was afraid that my ideas weren't good enough.  When I sat down and thought about that fact, I decided I HAD to do it - if only to get my head on straight.  So beginning on May 7, I am going to be holding a 10 day FREE Eat Clean, Save Green group.  Interested?  Send me a message with the subject of "Eat Clean, Save Green" along with WHY this group sounds good to you, and we'll get you started!
