Day 2 - Upper Body

Day 2 of the Fix, and let me tell you:  my abs are SORE.  Yesterday I mentioned that they had worked hard, but they are SORE this morning.  Every time I stretch up, I feel them.  And you know what?  It's DELICIOUS. 

As for food today, I was absolutely unable to eat all of it.  I did not eat my last two apples and peanut butter.  I wanted to, but I was STUFFED...

I gotta be honest about the workout.  I did not give it my all.  My thighs were still a bit sore, and my abs were burning, so I took the "easy" way out and didn't use weights as heavy as I could have.  Next week that will NOT be the case.

Today's workout was Upper Fix and concentrated on the upper body.  Each exercise lasted for a minute with very brief rests between them.  The circuits consisted of five exercises each and repeated once.  Before I knew it, the 30 minutes was over and it was time to shower up and turn in for the night.
