Day 3 - Lower Body Ow-Ow-Ouch

Still not hungry today, but I did manage to eat all my portions.  And the crazy part?  I got on the scale this morning, and I am down 2 pounds.  2 pounds in 2 days!  I am not naive enough to think that number may not change, but still.  I haven't seen results like that, that quickly since I first started on my fitness journey.  Crazy, right?

Actually, crazy is what today's workout was.  It's a good news, bad news kinda day with the Lower Fix...

Good News: 

  1. I had a furry workout partner who wanted to get in on the action 
  2. Autumn Calabrese pulls no punches when it comes to leg day... 
  3. The fix is the still the fastest 30 minute workout ever! (Even faster than X3 - and for me, that's saying something!) 
Bad News: 
  1. Using the restroom is going to hurt tomorrow 
  2. Using the stairs is going to hurt tomorrow 
  3. WALKING is going to hurt tomorrow 
Lower Fix is intense!  I may not be able to walk tomorrow, but this workout was crazy good.  My legs were shaking by the end of the 30 minutes (which, once again FLEW by!) and I even learned a new exercise or two.

But now, it's time to hit the shower and get some rest.  Here's hoping tomorrow's not *too* terrible.  HAHA
