21 Day Fix
Midweek Mealtime - Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge (21 Day Fix Approved!)
Wednesday, May 03, 2017
I have had a HUGE sweet tooth of late. I think that's probably a sign that I've not been eating so well for quite some time.
That being said, I've really been trying to stick to the Fix meal plan lately (at least until this weekend when there "might" be some birthday carousing...). So, what's a sugar-loving, sweets-craving girl to do?
Why, she indulges in some creamy, rich fudge!
Of course, that fudge has vitamins, minerals and is all-around pretty darn healthy. Plus, it comes together in 5 minutes or LESS!
Want to make it even more fun? Get some inexpensive timey-wimey molds for said fudge. It adds just a touch of whimsy. (Bonus points if you got that reference!)

Ingredients:
- 4 tsp natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
Directions:
- Generously spray your mold (whatever you're using to make the fudge) with cooking spray.
- Melt the peanut butter and honey in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds.
- Add water slowly, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add Shakeology, and stir well. The consistency will be like a thick brownie batter.
- Spoon batter into mold, and freeze until firm.
