Day 18 - Ok, Maybe It's Not *So* Bad.... Pilates Fix

And we are winding down.  I am now over halfway through the last week of the Fix.  Truth be told, I think I may have to do another round; I am not ready to say goodbye to Autumn Calabrese yet.  What do you think?  Should I do another round?  I have some ideas of what I want to do next, but I haven't decided yet.  I do know that I will be returning to my previous posting schedule for the blog.  Daily blogs are just a bit too labor intensive for me with everything else.  But, I digress.

Today was my last Pilates day.  While I no longer *hate* Pilates, it was definitely not my favorite video of the series.  One thing I have noticed, though, is that by going through my pics, I have been able to lower my legs closer to the floor for ab work.  Nice little non-scale victory there.  yay!  I must admit, even though Pilates isn't my favorite, I bet it has a lot to do with how nice my core now looks after 18 days. So, like the title says, maybe it's not *so* bad.... 

Nutritionally, I didn't do as well as I have over the last several days.  Breakfast and snacks were good, and dinner wasn't "bad," but lunch was kryptonite for me.  We had a meeting at work with a few physicians, so the hospital provided lunch.  Guess what they provided?  Egg salad croissants.  Guess who did NOT want the quinoa and chicken breast she brought for lunch?  Yep, this girl.  Have I mentioned how much I love chicken salad?  Well, egg salad is a close second.  Thankfully, the sandwiches were small, but still......  I do know that for the next meeting, I will bring something that can withstand the temptation.
