Midweek Mealtime - Shakeology Sweeties No Bake Cookies

Or maybe you're like me and are looking forward to that holiday just around the corner but really don't want to splurge on something unhealthy?
I have just the thing! Now I'll be honest: the first time I made Shakeology no-bake cookies I actually thought they were entirely too sweet! I couldn't even eat them....and that was extremely disappointing. But this recipe? The secret is no additional sweeteners or sugars, just a bit of fruit. And these are amazing! (Did I mention they were easy, too?) Finally, a sweet chocolate treat you can feel good about!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-natural peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 6 scoops chocolate Shakeology
- 1 cup finely chopped almonds
Putting them together is super easy. Just mix it all together and form into cookies. Enjoy!
